Intersorb® 408 — 4 to 8 Mesh Indicating + Non-indicating Sodalime Grade D

Intersorb® 408 NI (non-indicating)  |  Intersorb® 408 WV (indicating)

Intersorb® 408 is a conventional soda lime Carbon Dioxide (CO2) absorbent comprised of short porous strands. Available as an 4-8 mesh particle size to maximize CO2 capacity, for those divers requiring a long dive duration.

  • Particle size — 4-8 Mesh (2.5mm to 5.0mm)
  • Higher CO2 capacity and longer duration compared to larger particle size products

Application | Use:

Rebreather, Recreation Rebreather Diving, Commercial Diving, Military, Mine Safety Equipment.

Properties:

Intersorb® 408 is comprised of 3 mm cylindrical granules. It has been developed specifically for use in saturation diving systems and other industrial applications, where humidity levels can be significantly lower than in personal protection closed circuit applications. In these applications, Intersorb® shows a significant increase in CO2 absorption capacity, compared with standard soda lime formulations.

Intersorb® 408 has been tested to NATO test standard STANAG No 1411
